Consent to processing of personal data
I hereby agree with the processing of my personal data by companies:

- Nano Green s.r.o., reg. no: 02406233, reg. office at Národní 135/14, 110 00 Praha 1
(hereinafter referred to as „ Controllers “),
under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) in the scope of:

and I acknowledge that:
Controllers will process the Personal Data on the basis of my consent under Article 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR.
The Personal Data will be processed by each Controller for the purpose of sending marketing e-mails and newsletters.
Personal Data will be processed by each Controller for the period of 36 months unless I agree with a longer period or any Controller will have legitimate interest on the further processing, which I will be informed of.
I can withdraw this consent granted to Manifesto Holding s.r.o. at any time electronically by sending an e-mail at info@manifesto.city, using the link in each newsletter or in paper at Manifesto Holding s.r.o., Národní 135/14, 110 00 Praha 1 . I can withdraw this consent granted to Nano Green s.r.o. at any time electronically by sending an e-mail at info@nanoenergies.cz using the link in each newsletter or in paper at Nano Green s.r.o., Národní 135/14, 110 00 Praha 1. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Controllers use data processors to carry out the processing activities:
- operators SW products MAILCHIMP with office at Ponce City Market, Atlanta, georgia, USA
Personal Data might be disclosed to other recipients (e.g. Police) if the Controller is bound by such obligation.
I also acknowledge that I have the following rights :
- to request that each Controller inform me which of my Personal Data it processes, to request that the Controller enable me to access such Personal Data,
- to have the Personal Data updated or corrected,
- to request a restriction of their processing,
- to request that each Controller erase these Personal Data (unless such erasure is at variance with the applicable legislation or legitimate interests).
- to bring the matter before the Office for Personal Data Protection or the court if I have doubts about the compliance with the obligations regarding Personal Data processing.
